Tiffany___1.jpgMy name is Tiffany, and I have been enjoying the Massage Therapy field for almost six years.  I graduated high school in 2003 and soon after started classes for massage therapy.  I completed my massage therapy courses in nine months with an A/B average.  Once completed, I started working with a chiropractor and have been working in this area ever since.

As a Massage Therapist/Chiropractic Assistant, I learned so much in the years I’ve worked and have improved my own health issues.  For example, my asthma and allergy attacks have greatly decreased with chiropractic and acupuncture treatments.  I hardly have to use any medications at all anymore.

Massage therapy helps you relax, re-align and rejuvenate.  There are many positive aspects to receiving massage therapy on an on-going basis.  With the busy lives we lead, we can all benefit from a little stress-management.  Chiropractic and massage therapy are two holistic therapies that share a common goal: to treat the whole person rather than symptoms, through natural, hands-on, drug free techniques.  When used in combination with each other, these therapies are preventative and restorative, helping to address the source of stress and pain so that you may achieve optimal health.  Those who add message therapy to their chiropractic care program will generally enjoy a faster recovery.  Message therapy, prior to chiropractic care, helps you relax and feel less anxious.  It also allows your chiropractic adjustment to last longer because muscle tension has been released and joints are less likely to pull themselves out of alignment again.
